Alcúdia old town or Port d’Alcúdia?

Your accommodation address matters. Alcúdia refers to the historic inland town, while Port d’Alcúdia is the coastal and harbour area. A hotel advertised as being in the Bay of Alcúdia may have a different destination in the journey planner. Use the property’s full address to check whether you need Alcúdia, Port d’Alcúdia or another destination.

For a stay in the old town, tell us about any access restrictions or pedestrian streets mentioned by your accommodation. For apartments near the port, include the building name and entrance. The practical drop-off and return meeting points should be agreed before travel.

From your flight to your accommodation

Enter your scheduled landing time at Palma Airport in Mallorca local time and add your flight number when known. Provide the hotel name or complete villa address, the number of passengers and a phone number with its international country code. Your confirmation should explain where to meet and how to contact the office.

We track your flight, and waiting is free for 60 minutes from the moment your plane actually lands. Your driver meets you inside the arrivals terminal (column 4) with a name sign. If a flight change or baggage delay affects your arrival, let the office know by phone or WhatsApp. Keep your confirmation accessible on your phone rather than relying on a fresh internet connection at the airport.

Family luggage and group transfers

Count every traveller, including children, in the passenger total. Our planner includes saloons for up to 4 passengers, vans for up to 7 and a minibus option for up to 11. Passenger capacity alone does not establish how many cases will fit: list large suitcases, hand luggage and pushchairs separately.

Request child seats in advance and provide the children’s ages and relevant requirements. For a larger family travelling on different flights, explain whether everyone will meet together or needs separate pickups. This must be checked as part of the arrangement, rather than assumed to be included in one transfer.

Select the exact destination and the vehicle suitable for your party. The price shown is fixed per vehicle and journey; only the equipment supplements you add are charged on top. A request is not a confirmed booking and does not charge you.

For a return trip, check both addresses as well as both dates. If you change hotels during your stay, your return pickup may be a different route. Tell us before accepting the quote so the arrangements reflect the journey you actually need.

Enter the requested pickup time at your accommodation, not your flight departure time. The appropriate departure depends on your address, traffic and the airline’s check-in requirements. Allow time for everyone to meet with luggage ready at the agreed entrance.

For confirmed bookings, our office will contact you the day before travel to reconfirm the pickup time and location. Reply to your acknowledgement email to amend an existing request; submitting the same journey again can create confusion.

Questions about this route

Is a transfer to the port the same as a ferry connection? No. If you need a ferry terminal rather than accommodation in Port d’Alcúdia, specify the terminal, sailing and check-in requirements. Ask for the journey to be confirmed individually.

Can we bring bicycles or golf bags? Include the quantities and how bicycles are packed. Equipment capacity, supplements and any trailer requirement need confirmation.
