Choose the right destination: Puerto Pollensa or Pollença?

Puerto Pollensa, also written Port de Pollença, is the coastal destination. Pollença is the inland town. When checking your fare, select Port de Pollença for accommodation in the port and provide the full hotel name or villa address. This avoids confusion between two different pickup or drop-off locations.

Your airport arrival, step by step

• Enter your scheduled flight arrival. Use Mallorca local time and include your flight number when available.
• Tell us where you are staying. Include the hotel name or complete address, rather than only “Puerto Pollensa”.
• Check your confirmation. The pickup arrangements and meeting point must be confirmed before travel.
• Keep your contact details available. Provide a phone number with its country code and an email address you can access during your trip.

Flight changes, passport control and baggage collection can affect your arrival. We track your flight, and waiting is free for 60 minutes from the moment your plane actually lands. Your driver meets you inside the arrivals terminal (column 4) with a name sign. If your plans change, contact our office by phone or WhatsApp.

A vehicle for your group and luggage

Options shown in our journey planner include a saloon for up to 4 passengers, vans for up to 7 and a minibus for up to 11. Seat capacity does not guarantee space for every combination of suitcases or equipment. Tell us the number of large cases, hand luggage items and pushchairs so we can check the right arrangement with the transport provider.

Include children in your passenger total. Request the required child seats and provide their ages and any relevant requirements in your enquiry. For cycling holidays, specify the number of bicycles and whether they are assembled or packed in bike boxes. Bicycle transport, a trailer and child-seat availability need confirmation before a booking is accepted.

Understanding your transfer price

Returning from Puerto Pollensa to Palma Airport

For the return journey, enter the requested pickup time at your accommodation, not your flight departure time. Allow for the drive, traffic, airline check-in and airport security. Our office will confirm the pickup arrangements; the suitable departure time depends on your flight and exact address.

Once a booking is confirmed, our office will contact you the day before the transfer to reconfirm the pickup time and location. If the return address differs from your arrival address, make that clear in your request.

Can you arrange a transfer to a villa?

Provide the full address and any access instructions. Narrow lanes, restricted access or an unclear entrance may affect the practical meeting point, so these details should be checked in advance.

How do I change a request?

Reply to your acknowledgement email with the changes instead of submitting a duplicate request. Changes remain subject to confirmation. Read the booking conditions for the applicable terms.
