Hotels marketed as being in the Bay of Alcúdia can be in different resort areas, so check the destination shown on your accommodation confirmation.

For a resort with several buildings or receptions, provide the exact property and entrance. A beach access point may not be the vehicle entrance. For the return trip, agree a meeting point that everyone in your group can find with suitcases and a pushchair.

Preparing an airport pickup for a family holiday

Use your scheduled flight arrival time in Mallorca local time and add the flight number when available. Enter a contact number with its country code and an email address you can access abroad. Keep the confirmed meeting instructions available before you arrive.

List every passenger, including babies and children. Request child seats in advance and include the children’s ages and relevant requirements. Tell us whether you are bringing your own seats or a pushchair so the transport provider can check the arrangement and space.

Selecting a vehicle without overlooking luggage

A saloon option seats up to 4 passengers; van options seat up to 7, and a minibus option up to 11. The right choice also depends on luggage. Four travellers with large cases and a folded pushchair may need a different arrangement from four travellers with hand luggage only.

Give separate quantities for large suitcases, cabin bags and pushchairs. For cycling or golf holidays, include the number of bicycles or golf bags and explain how bicycles are packed. Any required trailer, equipment supplement and vehicle availability must be confirmed before travel.

Returning from Playa de Muro to the airport

For departure, enter the requested pickup time at the accommodation rather than your flight departure time. Check your airline’s check-in requirements and allow for the journey, traffic and airport procedures. Your pickup time and entrance should be confirmed for your specific address and flight.

Once your booking is confirmed, our office will contact you the day before travel to reconfirm the pickup time and location. Arrange to have the whole party and luggage ready at that entrance. If you have moved hotels, tell the office in advance rather than assuming the original address has been updated.
